Level one of the Marzano Laboratory "Characteristics of Highly Reliable Schools" involves the implementation of a safe and collaborative culture. Creating a collaborative culture requires a vehicle for communicating and collaborating effectively. My session will introduce the Microsoft Teams organizational software. This will include an introduction to the "me" space, the "we" space, the "canvas", chat features, Calendar, file organization, and adding apps to the teams platform. In addition, I will include ways the Teams software can be customized to assist in the organization of your local.
